Will Tucker - Owner
Will Tucker is a lifelong Memphian with a passion for art and performance. With a background spanning aviation, automotive, and music, he brings a unique blend of expertise to every venture he pursues. His love for cycling led him to create Latting Speed Shop in 2018 as a personal passion project. As demand for high-end bicycles surged in 2020, he seized the opportunity to turn LSS into a full-fledged business. Today, Will applies his diverse skill set to the cycling industry, combining visual art, creativity, and community engagement to elevate the local cycling scene. When he’s not hard at work at the bike shop, you can find him on stage, performing across Memphis with The Will Tucker Band.

Lynn Greer - Operations Manager / Bike Fitter
Lynn Greer is a cycling industry veteran with over three decades of experience. As the owner of Gran Fondo Cycles in Nashville, he built a reputation for expert service and precision bike fitting. Trained by legendary frame builders like Dario Pegoretti, Irio Tommasini, Aaron Barcheck, and Bob Parlee, he has mastered the art of bike fitting. Now, as Operations Manager and Fitter at Latting Speed Shop in Memphis, Lynn brings his expertise and passion to the local cycling community. When he’s not helping riders find their perfect fit, you can catch him behind the drums, performing with bands like The Dough Rollers, Lorette Velvette, and deerfrance.
Jackson Hutchison - Service Manager / Technician
Jackson Hutchison is more than just a skilled bike mechanic—he’s known for his wonderful conversational skills, approachable nature, and meticulous attention to detail. Trained as an apprentice to master bike mechanic Kenny Charles at Outdoors Inc, Jackson honed his craft over the years before joining Latting Speed Shop at its opening in 2021. Since then, he’s continued to refine his expertise, ensuring every bike he works on performs at its best. When he’s not fine-tuning bikes to make them faster, Jackson enjoys turning the pedals with his partner, Mary.

Danie Bramblett - Cafe Manager / Head Barista
Hailing from Tallahassee, Florida, Danie is the guy who will nail your morning latte and then crack a cold one with you after the work day is through. With years of experience in the specialty coffee and food service industry, he brings his best to Team Car Cafe with unique, one-of-a-kind recipes. When he’s not behind the counter dialing in espresso shots, you can find him out on his bike, chasing that perfect ride and the peace that only the open road can deliver.
